The extra acidic bite really adds something. I used to like egg mayonnaise on a bagel too, but haven't had that in a while. Love the story about the pastries. Can't wait to see where they turn up! I don't exactly have a problem being on my own, as long as it's not for days and days, but I am certainly happier in company, even if I'm not with that company, just around it (if that makes sense).
